Susan K. Tvrdy focuses her practice on representing management clients in employment litigation and arbitration. She regularly handles non-compete, business tort, trade secret, and fiduciary litigation. Susan’s practice also includes defending employers in a wide range of workplace claims including wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Susan is experienced in defending clients in class/collective actions. 

Susan received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was granted a Dillard Fellowship in legal research and writing. Prior to law school, she served as a legislative aide to two U.S. Senators, providing policy advice on health, labor, employment, and education matters. Susan received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Creighton University, summa cum laude.
