Hiring and keeping good employees has been nearly impossible for Council Bluffs area businesses. Iowa Western Community College together with the IWCC SBDC, Nebraska Enterprise Fund, Council Bluffs Chamber and Advanced Southwest Iowa, has put together a workshop that will give business the tools to take action to recruit and retain great employees.
