Chris Cottrell is the Talent Sourcing Director for Careerlink, Omaha’s only local job board. Chris’ primary role is to build relationships community-wide in an effort to identify and highlight the talent within the greater Omaha metro area’s workforce and guide them to appropriate opportunities. Chris’ role includes overseeing the staffing arm of the business and she and the Careerlink recruiting team work diligently to ensure quality placements are made and clients expectations are exceeded as often as possible.

Chris is also an adjunct for Bellevue University within the field of Talent Management, an active member of the Greater Omaha Chamber Red Ribbon Crew as well as the Chamber's professional recruitment group -  The Landing Crew, a Board Member of the Bellevue Offutt Rising Professionals (BORP) as well as Bellevue University’s newly launched Hospitality Management program. Chris prides herself on authenticity, follow-up and building relationships through the sacred art of sarcasm.
